What if I can’t make my repayment

If for any reason you believe that you will be unable to meet an upcoming repayment obligation, please advise the Client Service Centre on 1300 160 160. We can then make appropriate arrangements and discuss alternative options.

Can I make additional repayments

What happens if my repayment day is a weekend

Commercial loan statements

Statements for variable rate lending products are posted every six months or monthly (depending on your preferences). No all loans are available in your Online Banking at this time.

Statements for fixed rate lending products such as leases or chattel mortgages do not receive statements. As these are fixed, repayments generally remain consistent over the life of the loan. You can request an amortisation schedule for these loans which predicts each repayment over the full term, including a breakdown of interest and principal (and GST, if applicable).
