How can I access my money overseas
You can access your Online Banking anywhere you can access internet, so you can stay on top of your accounts wherever you go.
What are the fees incurred if I use my card/s overseas
Credit card – 3.20% currency conversion fee. However, additional rewards points may be earned on overseas spend.
Debit card – 2.95% currency conversion fee and/or $AUD5.00 ATM withdrawal fee plus any ATM provider fees (this will vary depending on the provider).
What if my card is lost or stolen overseas
If your card is no longer in your possession, please contact our Client Service Centre immediately on +612 9293 2121 to have the card blocked or closed. Our Client Service Centre will then explain alternative options for accessing funds.
Do I need to let BOQ Specialist know when I am travelling overseas
Yes. Please advise our 24/7 Client Service Centre either via Secure Message or calling 1300 160 160. We will take note of the date, destination/s of travel as well as your international contact details. This will help the detection of any unusual account activity.
