More than just a home loan, the package allows you to manage your finances in one place with the help of a dedicated financial specialist. It combines a home loan with an everyday One Account.

What’s more, you can set up to five separate loan accounts under one Banking Package, and for a single annual fee of $495, we’ll cover valuation fees up to a total of $1100 (incl GST).  There is also the option of an offset account on variable loans to reduce interest on your loan and an optional overdraft facility.
