Our Signature credit card comes with complimentary Digital Priority Pass™ membership.

As a primary cardholder, you and a guest will be entitled to four complimentary lounge visits each per calendar year in over 1,400 VIP lounges in 500 cities across 130 countries.

What is included?

Primary cardholders receive one complimentary Priority Pass™ Standard Membership as a special feature of the BOQ Specialist Signature credit card.
Signature cardholders will automatically be enrolled for the Priority Pass™ Standard membership.
Access to over 1,400 VIP lounges in 500 cities across 130 countries.

Which lounges do I have access to?

Please visit prioritypass.com/airport-lounges to find a list of available international lounges.

Domestic lounge visits include access to airport lounges only. Standalone cafes, bars or restaurants are not included.
When will I receive my Priority Pass card?

You will receive a unique activation code via email with instructions on how to activate your digital Priority Pass membership. Please make sure your contact details are up to date.

How do I use my digital membership at a lounge?

All you need to do is display the QR code found in the app or the ‘My Account’ section of our mobile website. When you arrive at the lounge, simply open your Digital Membership Card on your device and flip the card over to display the QR code. The lounge staff will scan this code to verify your program membership and process your request to enter the lounge.
In which name will the Priority Pass card be issued in?

The digital membership must be in the name of the Primary cardholder of the BOQ Specialist Signature credit card.
How many lounge visits am I entitled to?

The primary cardholder is entitled to four complimentary visits to Priority Pass lounges and may bring one guest per visit free of charge per calendar year. Any additional guests will be charged directly to your BOQ Specialist Signature credit card at their ordinary price, currently US$35 per person, per visit.
What if I have more than one additional guest traveling with me or make more than 4 visits in a year?

You can bring one guest for free when that guest is travelling with you during any of your four complimentary visits. Any additional guests will be charged directly to your BOQ Specialist Signature credit card at their ordinary price.

Visits outside of the complimentary allowance are charged directly to your BOQ Specialist Signature credit card at their ordinary price.
When does the annual visit allowance reset?

The complimentary visit allowance will reset on 1 January each year.
