Graduates will be rotated through different areas of the business including:

Our Client Service Centre where you will be exposed to our full product remit and you will provide real time support to clients on banking products from credit cards and transactional accounts to mortgages and commercial facilities. Working in this team will quickly build your understanding of commercial and personal banking products and will allow you to build your confidence in dealing with clients.

Our Operations team where you will learn how commercial and consumer lending products are structured and processed and where you will gain a deep understanding of the technical detail around these products and how they function.

Our Graduate Program runs for 18 months and is made up of 3 x 6 month rotations.

Recruitment process

1. Apply

Please send us a covering letter with resume and most recent academic transcript.

2. Assessment

This is an online component of the recruitment process and tests your numerical, verbal and deductive reasoning skills. No study is required for the assessment.

3. Phone Interview

The phone interview will focus on your studies and any related work experience to determine suitability for BOQ Specialist.

4. Interview

Face to Face interviews will be conducted by a panel of our leaders. Interviews will be competency based using behavioural style questions. We’d also like to hear any questions or comments you have.

5. Get to know BOQ Specialist – Drinks Evening

This is designed to give you a greater understanding of the BOQ Specialist culture as it allows you to interact with current staff members. Hear stories of those who have come before you and their journeys through our business.
