Our Client Service Centre prides itself on providing the best possible experience to all BOQ Specialist clients. The centre is operated by our highly capable,
degree-qualified team located within Australia.

Available from 8.00am-1.30am seven days a week, our team can assistance with:

  • Balance/transaction enquiries, or help opening a new account
  • Statements and documents (payout letters, maturity letters, amortisation schedules, etc)
  • Online and mobile banking registration and support
  • Updating contact details
  • Foreign currency conversions
  • Funds transfers or loan repayments
  • Credit/debit card maintenance (activate, block, change PIN, etc)
  • Fraud assistance

Our dedicated after-hours team are available from 1.30am-8.00am, to help you with the following: 

  • Credit/debit card maintenance (activate, block, change PIN, etc)
  • Online and mobile banking support
  • Fraud assistance
  • Emergency cash/card enquiries
