We’re excited to announce more enhancements to our mobile banking app. The new features are available on the app now providing you with improved self-serve options such as secure messaging, push notifications, statement preferences and personal details management - all designed to improve the BOQ Specialist mobile banking experience.

Secure messages

We’re please to let you know you can now send secure messages to our dedicated Client Service Centre, for any general or account related enquiries 24/7 - via the app.

Push notifications

You can choose to opt-in to receive key alert notifications, such as:

  • Customised online banking security alerts
  • New secure messages
  • Transaction confirmations
  • Payment authorisations (in addition to SMS)
  • Payments pending approval
Statement preferences and personal details

It’s now quick and easy to manage statement preferences and personal details via the mobile app – another great feature that improves efficiency and saves you time.
